This is the North Pole, a polar tundra area. There is mainly snow, hills, and glaciers in this areas. How do you think these snowy hills and mountains formed?

I say these snowy hills and mountains were formed naturally of course. The shape could have been made by winds which blew off the top layer to make it into the shape it is now. And the snowhill was probably made by large amounts of snow(precipitation) which fell from the sky. As it piled on top of each other, these were made. ?
